Important Points

Please adhere to the following items so that there is no inconvenience caused to our neighbors and so that everyone can have a pleasant stay at OYADO SAPPORO.

• Please refrain from eating or drinking in the lodging area. Please use the first floor shared space (until 23:00).
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Smoking is allowed only in the smoking area outside. Please also refrain from using anything like incense.
• Please refrain from using the bathing room while drunk, and do not dye your hair or use bleaching agents in the bathroom.
• Meeting visitors in the lodging area, or anyone who is not a guest of our inn entering the lodging area is prohibited.
• Taking amenities or other items out of the inn is prohibited.
• The entrance of anyone who possesses or uses stimulants, drugs, etc. or any kind of illegal medicines is prohibited.
• Use of nearby parking spaces without permission will result in immediate report to the police and the penalty corresponding to that parking area.
• Please refrain from speaking in loud voices or singing around the inn at night.
• We are not liable for any theft or trouble inside the inn, or accidents at nearby parking lots and so on.
• Please spend your time here with a thoughtful heart.
